We are seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our team at Gentle Dental in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona. As a part-time Endodontist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a digital office environment.

Position Details
  • Flexible part-time schedule for the right candidate
  • Direct referrals from several General Dentists
  • Predominantly PPO practice
  • Comprehensive dental office
Compensation and Benefits
  • 50% of production
  • $10,000 signing bonus

Requirements
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • Endodontic Residency Certificate
  • Accredited Dental School Graduate
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
