Foxconn Industrial Internet invites a seasoned professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor. In this position, you will oversee various aspects of quality assurance, driving initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate efforts between departments, guaranteeing seamless execution of tasks. You will also be responsible for:

  • Supervising Quality Teams: Leading the quality team to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Overseeing quality improvement projects, change initiatives, and other production-related tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborating with operations, manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory functions to optimize processes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conducting EFFA analysis to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Audit Preparation: Preparing for internal and external audits, nonconformance investigations, and dispositions.
  • Risk Management: Maintaining risk management documents for released products.
  • New Product Introduction: Supporting the introduction of new products, including plan review, report approval, qualification, and validation.
  • Manufacturing Support: Providing assistance to the manufacturing line as needed.
  • CAPA Project Management: Managing CAPA projects using problem-solving and statistical tools.
  • Specialization: May specialize in areas such as design, incoming materials, scrap, production control, product evaluation, reliability, inventory control, or research and development.

Qualifications

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a technical field.
  • Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or quality.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SMT, electronics, PTH, AOI, visual inspection, and electronic/electrical measuring instruments.
  • Certification: Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification or experience with DMAIC methodology is preferred.
