About the Role

Pinnacle Home Care Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Administrator to lead our home health services team. As a key member of our dynamic leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and day-to-day operations of the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality.
  • Organize and direct the agency's ongoing liaison among the governing body and staff.
  • Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.
  • Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
  • Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume.
  • Evaluate performance of Director of Clinical Services.
  • Implement an effective budgeting system and assure accuracy of billing.
  • Consistently follow and uniformly enforce agency policies and procedures.
  • Lead the team by agency mission, vision, and values and drive operations aligned with our Sacred Seven.
  • Assess employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Use statistical data to determine the quality and quantity of services.
  • Supervise all business affairs and day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and implement in-service and continuing education programs to meet the education and training needs of organization personnel.
  • Fiscal planning, budgeting, and management.
  • Promote the use of the patient portal, physician portal, and Synzi.
  • Promote telehealth visits to support appropriate visit utilization.
  • Assist with the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement program, productivity, and quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Assure the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
  • Assist in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers organization policies and procedures.
  • Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance to the ACHC Home Care standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in home health and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
  • Promote home health referrals in the health care community and aligns with the promotion of collaboration with business development teams.
Requirements
  • Home Health Care background and experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative and clinical personnel.
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community alike.
  • Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent observation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Computers, Microsoft (MS) Suite, EMR, technology, and Kantime preferred not required.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards.
