Overview

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Regional Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a member of our Regional Resource Team, you will provide safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Utilize advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Current compact licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • 2 years of consecutive experience in critical care nursing
  • BSN or higher degree preferred
  • Specialty certification in critical care nursing preferred
