Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sevita. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic bedside care, including assisting patients with daily activities and monitoring their condition.
  • Assist patients with dressing, bathing, and grooming as directed by the supervising nurse.
  • Observe patients and report any changes to the nurse.
  • Provide basic support to convalescing patients, including assisting with mobility exercises and range of motion activities.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of CNA certification program and current California CNA certification.
  • One year of CNA experience, preferably with medically complex patients.
  • Current CPR for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00-$21.50 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for overtime pay. Our facility is located in Santa Ana, CA, and we offer a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts, with a shift differential of $2.00 per hour for night shifts. We also offer full benefits for full-time positions, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, life insurance, and more.
