Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Respite Provider to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes. As a Respite Provider, you will be responsible for providing all necessary care and assistance to enable the individual to live safely and independently in their own home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide transportation to appointments and activities
  • Engage in activities that promote socialization and community integration
  • Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
