Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
* Performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments
* Maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work
* Collaborating with our sales team to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

**Requirements:**
* Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
* Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
