About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at dnata catering U.S. in Brisbane, CA. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to our airline customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between dnata and our airline customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage relationships with airline customers, addressing concerns and providing proactive solutions to foster strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of airline customer requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and equipment policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least six years of progressive customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and security.
