Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of our production machinery, equipment, and facility utilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of maintenance tasks, including corrective, predictive, and preventive electrical, mechanical, power, and control maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively and solve problems in training environments.
  • Execute maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to production, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Operate hand and power tools proficiently and manage industrial lift trucks, including working at heights.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of common measuring tools and work independently with appropriate guidance.
  • Communicate effectively and document relevant information.
  • Embrace opportunities for new training, tools, and educational advancements.
  • Participate in advanced technology maintenance training sessions, both on-site and off-site.
  • Promptly report any food safety issues or concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a maintenance assessment test.
  • Willingness to enroll in advanced technology maintenance training as necessary.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally.
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead as required.
  • Availability for rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
