We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at AWOL Stowe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Welcome and register guests, manage their information, distribute room keys and assignments, and respond to general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Room Preparation: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for new guests, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Complaints: Handle guest complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in the hotel industry or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is also required.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
