Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordinating the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to team members and carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental activities
• Communicate Supervisor's instructions to team members and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and notify the Supervisor of any needed maintenance
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson Foods policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in poultry or food processing
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to read and write effectively to complete required paperwork
