Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents and complete the 'make-ready' process for vacant units
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
- Resident Services
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Exterior Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow removal and bulk trash disposal
- Emergency Response
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
- At least 2 years of experience in painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
- HVAC certification
- Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
