Job Description:

This entry-level position involves working closely with experienced appraisers to inspect properties, gather data, and create valuation reports. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of comfort using computers and software applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior appraisers in conducting property inspections and gathering data.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of property information.
Requirements:
  • A four-year college degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
