- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and services to customers.
- Team Leadership
- Assume supervisory control in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Train and develop team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
- Store Maintenance
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Experience
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
