Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Veterinary Technician to assist our veterinarians with medical procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostic tests
- Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient recovery
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, test results, and treatment plans
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and medical equipment
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling patient communications
- Collaborate with other veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary technician certification or license preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
