About the Role

This Account Representative position plays a crucial role in promoting our Signature Advantage Plan to senior care partners and assisting with enrollment and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess experience working with the senior population. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior care partners to promote the plan and assist with enrollment efforts.
  • Providing educational sessions to members on the plan and its benefits, as well as responding to inquiries regarding eligibility, plan coverage, and claim payment solutions.
  • Assisting with resolution to Member and Provider issues, referring unresolved issues to the next level, including grievance and appeals.
  • Identifying key providers in the market area that would enhance the plan's network.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
