Coil Winder

Job Summary:

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a skilled Coil Winder to join their team on the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate computer-controlled coil winding machines to wind primary and/or secondary transformer coils.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of winding specifications and follow established procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of winding machines to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve target production rates and meet organizational goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
