Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician I

Location: Manassas, VA

Note: Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite.

Compensation: Based on experience

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift Position, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Education Requirements: N/A

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tests on products to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Meet departmental standards for safety, quality, product release, sample throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure that products are tested to fulfill release commitments.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform various product tests including pH, osmolality, conductivity, density, endotoxin, and other microbiological and chemical assessments.
  • Conduct production line clearances, environmental monitoring, daily calibration and verification of equipment, review report forms, and visual inspections of products, along with other activities supporting the Quality Control lab.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
