The estimated salary for this role ranges from $83,200 to $130,000 per year, based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and location.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to customers worldwide. Your expertise in GIS software and teaching skills will enable our customers to maximize the value of our innovative software.

• Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings.
• Skill Gap Identification: Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training sessions and workshops.
• Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, answering their questions and helping them overcome challenges.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on the latest GIS trends and technologies to ensure our training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong listening skills.
