Job Summary

This Direct Care Provider / Residential Aide role involves providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong teaching skills, a valid driver's license, and experience working with the DDD population.

Duties
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote growth and development
  • Assist consumers with daily living tasks, including medication management and nutrition
  • Transport consumers to appointments and engage in community-based activities
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless support and services
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $34,624 - $43,872 per year (based on 40 hours/week and $17/hour). In addition to competitive pay, this role offers the opportunity to grow professionally, increase your schedule at your discretion, and access a broad array of client opportunities.
