Skilled Tradesperson

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our staff at Pomeroy Living Sterling Skilled. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, analyzing problems, and overseeing external contractors.

• Familiarity with basic maintenance principles and practices
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• High school diploma or equivalent required

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance, be proficient in using hand tools and power equipment, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents.
