Job Summary

At One Senior Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietician to join our team at Cherry Blossom Pace. As a Registered Dietician, you will play a vital role in providing nutrition care and education to our PACE Participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the Participant's nutritional status and develop personalized nutritional care plans
  • Assess nutrient requirements and recommend nutritional prescriptions
  • Communicate nutritional data and information to physicians and other health professionals
  • Provide nutrition education to Participants and caregivers
  • Collaborate with other team members to implement Participant education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an ADA-accredited institution with a major in nutrition
  • Must be ADA registered
  • One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population or willingness to participate in extensive training
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
