Compensation: The role offers a competitive salary of $300,000, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $40,000. Comprehensive benefits are included, such as student loan assistance, malpractice insurance coverage, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

- $6,000 allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- 33 days of paid vacation time
