Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to play a critical role in our manufacturing process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for joining metal pieces together using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine the most appropriate welding equipment or method.
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications and ensure all work is performed in a quality-minded, tidy, and accurate manner.
  • Assemble parts by bolting and riveting, and repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
  • Inspect and test welds to determine whether the weld is of suitable quality for its intended application.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in welding
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, and application techniques common to this trade
