About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Asset Protection Manager to join our team at Gap Inc. in Asset Protection Strategy and Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risk and loss within our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with store leadership to develop and implement an asset protection strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Conduct investigations and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement shortage reduction programs and optimize inventory management.
  4. Determine the most effective allocation of asset protection resources to address identified risks.
What You'll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives, including:

  • Developing and executing asset protection plans to minimize losses.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with store personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills in asset protection.
  • Providing training and coaching to ensure seamless execution of asset protection strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of asset protection principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in retail or a related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
