The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders including owners, architects, designers, and project officials, maintaining clear and professional communication regarding project developments, modifications, timelines, and necessary permits.

Proactive problem-solving skills are essential to identify and address potential challenges before they arise.


Key Responsibilities:
The following are critical tasks associated with this role:
- Report directly to the Construction Manager and Branch Manager
- Manage subcontractors and oversee scheduling
- Continuously monitor and manage the project budget
- Regularly update and adjust project timelines
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Oversee construction activities from initiation to final inspections
- Identify, draft, and submit change orders for approval
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project scope to facilitate timely change order processing
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to manage workforce adjustments
- Compile and address punch lists for all projects
- Maintain communication with owners, architects, designers, and project officials
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress
- Attend project meetings as required.

- Additional construction experience of at least 1 year (Preferred)
- Additional project management experience of at least 5 years (Preferred)
