Role Summary

The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay. This role requires a high level of efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and other drinks, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and ensuring a consistently high-quality experience.
  • Comply with Auberge standards and procedures in the bar and restaurant outlets.
  • Contribute to improving F&B sales revenues by being knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails, spirits, and other menu items, specials, and prices.
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean all bar equipment and fittings.
  • Ensure the serving bar is well-stocked at all times.
  • Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe-working environment.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Good knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee, cocktail, liqueurs, and spirits.
  • Hospitality degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
