- Conduct process improvement studies and model building in Finance tools to enhance efficiency.
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, maintaining financial tools and report building to support business insights.
- Analyze data, provide recommendations, and challenge assumptions to drive strategic decision-making.
- Recommend ways to automate reporting and streamline processes, supporting globalization efforts.
- Sophisticated proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills across various levels, including senior leadership.
- Takes initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ability to multitask and deliver against tight timelines.
- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge/understanding of accounting and financial documents.
- Strong curiosity about the internet and/or media & entertainment industries.
- Minimum 5+ years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- SAP, Workday, Domo, and/or Adaptive experience a plus.
