We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs to patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs.
- Assess patients' needs, identify and initiate appropriate physical therapy interventions, and work cooperatively with other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional physical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Observe and evaluate treatment effect, accomplishment of short and long-term goals, and recommend changes to physicians as needed.
- Perform accurate and timely QI scoring and formulate and update patient-specific plans of care for physical therapy.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR Card.
The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a 34-bed state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated as a tri-venture with Lifepoint Health, Billings Clinic, and St. Vincent Healthcare. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
