Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Tech One IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, support, and maintenance of our Information Technology infrastructure, communications, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation and support of computers, peripheral equipment, and mobile devices.
  • Support the installation and maintenance of networking technologies, including network switches and wireless access points.
  • Assist with the installation and support of Mine Fleet on-board IT hardware and 2-way radio systems.
  • Support the installation and maintenance of other IT infrastructure, including optical fiber, Ethernet cabling, cameras, field devices, and access control systems.
  • Participate in safety and environmental programs and other initiatives determined by management.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in mining, manufacturing, industrial, operations, electronics, electrical, or instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated computational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associates degree in information technology or a related field.
  • A+ or Network+ certification.
