Oncology Care Coordinator RN

As an Oncology Care Coordinator RN at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team. Your primary focus will be on assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, covering other areas of the clinic as needed, triage, mini-infusion, main infusion, Kaseman location, or Rust location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a maximum offer of up to USD $51.00/Hr, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical surgical or ICU nursing experience, preferably in oncology or infusion centers. You will have the ability to perform competently in emergency situations and meet patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care.
