We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Transport Nurse to join our team in the Inland Empire region. As a Critical Care Transport Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during inter-facility transportation.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $36.00 - $56.75 per hour (based on 12-hour shifts and an average of 42 hours per week). The position also offers a $15,000 bonus for full-time status on night shifts, subject to certain restrictions.

Job Description

As a Critical Care Transport Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients and determining the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat them in critical care situations.
  • Providing care that aligns with the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and supporting physicians' orders.
  • Acting as a team leader and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients and performing regular equipment checks and stock.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A current unencumbered California Registered Nurse license.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as an RN, with either 2 years of full-time ICU/ED experience or 2 years of full-time CCT RN experience in the previous 3 years.
  • Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status.
  • A valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Current critical care inter-facility transfer experience.
  • CEN, CCRN, TNCC, or ENC Certification.
  • BTLS/PHTLS certification.
