The Village Management Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Patrol Officer to join their team at Laguna Woods Village.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, plus benefits.

About the Job

As a Security Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to the residents of Laguna Woods Village, including patrolling the community on foot, by car, and on bicycle. You will also respond to emergencies, assist residents with issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.

You will work closely with other security personnel and community staff to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position that requires a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
  • Able to operate a computer and applicable software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively instruct others and maintain a working relationship with various levels of employees
  • Ability to think and act quickly, calmly and accurately in emergency situations
  • Ability to relate to the needs and concerns of senior citizens
