Your Role:
The Solar Services Project Coordinator will oversee all service operations within designated markets. This role serves as the primary point of contact for field service technicians and service partners, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation of proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and onboard new electrical contractors to enhance Pearce's service offerings.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with Procurement leaders to evaluate vendor products and services, negotiate pricing, and address any related concerns.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and costs, utilizing appropriate verification techniques.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in resource planning and review daily schedules for Field Service Technicians.
  • Manage the partner network by recruiting service partners and providing necessary training and quality control.
  • Perform technical tasks as needed, including on-the-job training and complex technical jobs.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Field Service technical role.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in power electronics or a related field, along with an understanding of electrical safety practices.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or Field Service Management platforms is preferred.

Work Environment:
