The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, as well as supervising and training kitchen staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A flexible schedule and a strong work ethic are also essential.
