Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of members, applying the fund's statutes and regulations
  • Provide comprehensive advice on membership and contributions, both verbally and in writing
  • Verify membership start and end dates, and calculate corresponding contributions
  • Assist with exemption procedures for statutory pension insurance
  • Remind members of outstanding contributions, arrange installment payments, and calculate interest
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of pension fund regulations and procedures.
