Parent and Family Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Family Engagement Specialist in Portage, WI. In this role, you will design and administer programs aimed at promoting family well-being and children's development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing parent and family engagement services, including developing and implementing strategies to promote family development.
- Designing father engagement strategies and recruiting Head Start children.
- Monitoring family partnerships and ensuring families have access to necessary resources.
You will also work closely with Specialists and Teachers to promote school readiness activities. Travel within 5 counties may be required.
A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Family Services, Human Services, Counseling or similar field and have experience working with families. Estimated salary range: $52,500.00 - $57,964.00 per year.
