We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize customized commercial cleaning checklists to perform tasks to established standards.
- Dust and clean furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, and other surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, and other surfaces.
- Participate in employee training and audits.
- Pick up call-offs and scheduled vacations.
