Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

About the Job:
Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a medical facility. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab and equipment
- Operate and maintain cath lab equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
- Assist in the administration of contrast media and other medications
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Assist in the recovery of patients after procedures
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
- Experience working in a cath lab environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
