Job Summary:
Next Move Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Resident. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Nurse Residency Training Program, designed to support your transition from a new graduate to a confident and competent nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the Nurse Residency Program, engaging in educational sessions and hands-on training to develop your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Provide high-quality patient care, responding to situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify providers of changes in condition or response to treatments and medications.
- Fulfill other duties and educational requirements as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN license with State of Colorado Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: BLS required; ALS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
- Other Certifications: May be required within 6 months of hire.
