Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Public Accounting Auditor to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, auditing accounts, and developing audit objectives and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements for clients and audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research
  • Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes
  • Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
  • Stay current on industry trends and best accounting and audit practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience at an experienced public accounting firm
  • CPA preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Thomson Reuters applications
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
