Job Title: Bar Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Vallarta Supermarkets. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar is always well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the bar, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the bar is always clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a bar management role.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Work in a bar environment with exposure to loud music and crowds.
