Job Title: RN - Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients who are hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients and their families.
  • Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge in all aspects of care including discharge planning.
  • Give direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff.

Requirements:

  • Current State of Montana RN Licensure.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • EPNC, TNCC certification preferred.
  • Practice in and advanced Medical/Surgical Unit and recent Critical Care or Progressive Care Nursing is required.
