We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager at Quadrant, Inc. in Potomac Falls, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care of patients on the nursing unit for all shifts, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the unit.
- Manage nursing employees and clinical issues to ensure effective, efficient operation of the nursing unit.
- Develop and implement education programs for the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- In the absence of the Director of Nursing, provide overall direction and operations of the nursing department.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in long-term care.
- BSN degree.
- BLS certification.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of VA.
- Experience in wound care and infection control.
