Job OverviewProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students and staff in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop effective interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote student success.
- Provide counseling and support to students and families to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of academic and behavioral interventions that support student growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently to achieve student outcomes.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology.
