Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide haircuts, colors, and other hair care services to guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and quality consultations
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to salon profitability
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
