Server Representative

At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a pleasurable dining experience.

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service and promoting return visits.
• Practice Positive Public Relations: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests, ensuring our restaurant is a place where everyone feels valued.
• Anticipate and Meet Guest Needs: Be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable, showing enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
• Promote Teamwork: Assist other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain a positive team dynamic.

• Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Table Bussing Procedures: Follow correct table bussing procedures to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• Safe Work Practices: Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

• Meet Cleanliness Standards: Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Local Health Department Laws: Follow local health department laws to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
