Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with both co-founders to drive advances in our AI Director system that drives all shows across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and build modular and scalable frameworks in Python.
  2. Develop improvements and new functionality for our show creation platform.
  3. Collaborate with our 3D (Unity) and design team to ship features end-to-end.
  4. Proactively build towards scale, handling many concurrent shows generated in real-time.
  5. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  6. Explore state-of-the-art ML models for various tasks, including TTS, CV/scene understanding, 3D reconstruction, and text-to-2D/3D.

Requirements

  1. Deep experience with building complex Python frameworks.
  2. Strong knowledge of async programming and parallelization to handle scale.
  3. At least hobby-level past interest in exploring LLM applications (RAG, chatbots, etc).
  4. Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
  5. Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups.

Nice to Have

  1. General experience in interest in ML models at a fundamental level (recommender systems, personalization models mostly).
  2. Have shipped production LLM apps before.
  3. Experience with web development - JS, Supabase.
  4. Have worked in or are interested in building in consumer/consumer social.

Salary Range: $130,000-$175,000 base.
