Job Summary

PVH is seeking a highly skilled Director of Enterprise Data Analytics to lead the development and implementation of our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). As a key member of the EDA team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of our Data and Analytics products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that drives ED&A objectives and contributes to PVH's overall business objectives
  • Define and lead product execution strategy for Data and Analytics products and platform
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, Scrum Masters, and BA's to ensure successful product delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product features and ensure timely and high-quality product releases
  • Coordinate and drive successful product launches, working closely with business stakeholders and product owners to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and drive data-informed decision-making
Requirements
  • M.S. in Computer Science or Business Analytics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product & program management experience
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in product management, with progressive levels of responsibility and a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate a team of product managers, foster a collaborative environment, and drive product excellence
  • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals
  • Deep understanding of organization data & analytic opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
