Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • You will exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work every day, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends, with a self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
  • Ready to learn new product information and improve sales skills, with phenomenal communication skills and a professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
